Senior Software Engineer

Min. requirement: 5+ years professional experience

As a founding member of the team, you will work alongside with product management, research, design, and engineering to define and build the ultimate lovable product.
This position requires deep customer focus, the ability to dive deep and invent and the ability to make hard decisions fast.
You will be responsible for creating reliable, scalable and high performance products that require exceptional technical expertise, a sound understanding of the fundamentals of Computer Science and practical experience building scalable software products.
You will have significant influence on our overall strategy by helping define these product features, drive the system architecture and spearhead the best practices that enable a quality product.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years professional experience in software development
• 5+ years of experience in Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis
• 5+ years of experience with common programming languages like Java, JavaScript, etc.
• 1+ years DevOps

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency using modern web development technologies and techniques, including HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Angular etc.
• Proficiency using modern server-side frameworks like Spring, IOC, Microservices
• At least basic knowledge of NoSQL databases, Big Data, Data Science
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Familiarity with reporting and data interpretation is useful
• Experience defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs
• Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical cohorts
• Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
• Can deal well with ambiguous, undefined problems; ability to think abstractly and turn abstractions into results

Technical Writer

We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our next-generation Cloud Platform.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and writing various types of user documentation, including how-to guides, manuals, references, or instructions. This candidate should have strong communication skills which enable them to explain complicated concepts in a simple manner.

What you will be doing

• Explain technical ideas in simple language
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
• Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
• Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of cloud services
• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
• Maintain the information architecture

Basic Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Cloud services
• Basic Data Processing Concepts
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand highly technical information
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
• Familiarity with software development and a programming language (any of Java, Python, Scala, R, Julia)
• Excellent writing skills in English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
